When Gränges completed its rebranding, the Group Communications team faced a familiar dilemma: How do we ensure a consistent rollout across a global organization with limited central resources?
 

Content creators often had two options: rely on hands-on help from Group Communications or try to navigate the brand on their own. With operations in Europe, the US, and Asia, the team knew one thing for certain: the brand would only live on through the people who use it every day.
