Change a user's email address

User email addresses cannot currently be changed directly in Pickit.

If a user needs to use a different email address, you have two options:

Option 1: Reinvite the user

  1. Invite the user to Pickit using their new email address.
  2. Once they have access to the account, remove the user associated with the old email address.

Option 2: Contact Pickit Support

If you need help updating a user's email address or want to discuss alternative options, contact Pickit Support for assistance.

Note: Email addresses cannot be edited directly from the Pickit administration interface.
