Change a user's email address
User email addresses cannot currently be changed directly in Pickit.
If a user needs to use a different email address, you have two options:
Option 1: Reinvite the user
- Invite the user to Pickit using their new email address.
- Once they have access to the account, remove the user associated with the old email address.

Option 2: Contact Pickit Support
If you need help updating a user's email address or want to discuss alternative options, contact Pickit Support for assistance.
Note: Email addresses cannot be edited directly from the Pickit administration interface.
