I've paid for Pickit Pro but can't access my account

You've purchased a Pickit Pro subscription, but when you try to sign in, you can't access your account or Pro features.

Common causes

This is usually caused by one of the following:

  • You're signing in with a different email address than the one used to purchase Pickit Pro.
  • You're trying to access Pickit Pro through a platform that is not included in the Pickit Pro subscription.


Pickit Pro access limitations

Pickit Pro subscriptions can only be used through:

  • The Pickit add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint
  • The Pickit add-in for Microsoft Word
  • The Pickit add-on for Google Workspace (Slides and Docs)

Pickit Pro gives you access to Pickit's stock image library within these supported add-ins and add-ons.

Pickit Pro does not include access to Pickit team features, the Pickit web application, or other Pickit products and services outside of the supported Microsoft and Google integrations.

1. Verify the email address you're using

Make sure you're signing in with the same email address that was used when purchasing Pickit Pro.

If you have multiple email accounts, try:

  1. Signing out of Pickit.
  2. Closing and reopening the application.
  3. Signing in with the email address associated with your purchase confirmation.
2. Make sure you're accessing Pickit through a supported application

To use Pickit Pro, open Pickit from one of the following:

Microsoft Office

  • PowerPoint
  • Word

Google Workspace

  • Google Slides
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets

If you're trying to access Pickit through another platform, website, or application, your Pickit Pro subscription may not be available there.
