How do I invite new users?

If you need to invite new users to Pickit, you can do so as long as you’re an administrator.

1. Go to https://app.pickit.com/ and switch to Admin Mode.

2. Navigate to Users in the left-side menu.

3. Click Invite users.

4. Enter the new user’s email address and click Add user. You can add multiple users here, and you can also change their role from regular user (default) to admin if needed.

5. Click Send invitation.

The user(s) will then receive an email from system@pickit.com with an invitation link. They should click the button in the email, create their account, log in, and they’ll be able to access Pickit.
