How to reset your Pickit password

If you sign in to Pickit with an email address and password, you can reset your password at any time from the sign-in page.

Reset your password

  1. Go to https://app.pickit.com/.
  2. Click Sign in with Email.
  3. Select Forgot password?
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Pickit account.
  5. Check your inbox for the verification code sent by Pickit.
  6. Enter the verification code to confirm your identity.
  7. Create and confirm your new password.
  8. Click Reset password to complete the password reset process.

Note: If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may not have a Pickit password. In that case, you'll need to reset your password through your organization's identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace).
