How to log in and access your account

Logging in to Pickit is quick and easy. You can sign in using your email and password, or through Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft or Google.

 

Option 1: Log in with email and password

  1. Go to app.pickit.com or open the add-in

  2. Enter your email address and password

  3. Click Log in

If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password? on the login page to reset it.

Option 2: Log in with Microsoft or Google (SSO)

If your organization uses Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, you can log in with your company credentials:

  1. Go to app.pickit.com or open the add-in

  2. Click Sign in with Microsoft or Sign in with Google

  3. Follow the prompts to authenticate with your existing account

Once you’re signed in, you’ll be taken directly to your Pickit account.
