Learn how to select which collections users are able to browse and access
Suppose you're inviting external users and stakeholders to your Pickit DAM. In that case, you might like to restrict their ability to browse your library by limiting the number of collections and images they can access.
Hover the mouse pointer over the collection and click on the pencil icon. Go to “External sharing” and fill in the email of the person you want to give access to. You can also share collections with anonymous users, which means anyone with the link provided can view the collection.
