Adding descriptions to your documents can be a useful way of helping users navigate your library and surface the right docs more efficiently.

Start by selecting the document and finding the “Description” field in the menu that appears on the right. Click on the pencil icon to edit the description, and click “Save” when you are done.

You can also select multiple documents simultaneously by holding Ctrl (for Windows) or CMD ⌘ (for Mac). This saves time by allowing you to edit the description for all the chosen files simultaneously.
