How do I change a user role?
If you want to give a user Admin access, or if an existing Admin no longer needs Admin permissions, you can easily change their role in Pickit.
- Go to app.pickit.com and enter Admin Mode.
- Select Users from the menu on the left.
- Find the user whose role you want to change.
- Click the three dots on the far right of the user.
- Select Change Role.
- Choose the role you want to assign to the user and press Save changes.
The user's role will then be updated with the permissions associated with their new role.
